Community Project Leader
I have been in post as Community Project Leader (CPL) since September 2019 although I have been involved with the Trust since it was started in 2017 as a coach with the rugby academy. Since then the Trust has expanded and I have steadily become more involved with each project.
I enjoy coaching in such a wide variety of projects and seeing how much enjoyment everyone, including the coaches, get from of the sessions.
As the CPL I help other coaches develop and improve their coaching which helps me think a lot more critically about my own coaching style and how I can improve my sessions. Having been involved with several of the projects that the Trust runs from the beginning, I have also really enjoyed seeing how each project has evolved and improved since they started. I am also excited not only to find ways to improve our existing sessions but also help develop new projects.
I currently hold the following qualifications: UKCC Level 2 Rugby Coaching, World Rugby S&C Level 1, HND Sports Coaching and Development.
