I am one of the founding Trustees for Strathmore Community Rugby Trust and have therefore been involved since June 2017.  I enjoy my work with the Trust, especially the transformative effect it can have on people’s lives.  It is a wholly positive life experience for every person in the local community, and rare to have such inclusivity in sport.  My work with the Trust has made me realise how little I knew about what sport and team bonding can mean to people, I am in awe of all our coaches and volunteers, their hard work is paying off.

I bring 40 years’ experience of playing rugby, coaching and organising rugby to the Trust which includes some of the behind the scenes administrative work involved with running a successful rugby club, as well as organising tours and booking acts for club dinners.
