I joined the Trust in October 2021. I have always been a rugby fan and grew up with it all around me so it’s great to be involved in something that opens up this great sport to everyone.  I love seeing the enjoyment our participants, coaches and volunteers get supporting each other and helping people fulfil their potential.  The role is allowing me to develop my knowledge and skills both in areas I have experience of working in and areas which are new to me.

I have worked previously for a number of different sporting National Governing Bodies as well as in education and I feel that these experiences have given me the knowledge to help the Trust grow and develop. I am looking forward to developing my understanding around social media from a charity viewpoint as well as getting creative with events and promotion.
