I first got involved with the trust in 2018, when I started going to rugby academy on Fridays after school and then began volunteering at autism-friendly rugby sessions and have just recently become a CPA. I absolutely love getting to work with the kids that come along, seeing the joy on their faces when they see their friends and the relationships they have built with each coach is so special. Being able to watch the kids grow and develop throughout the time I have worked with them has been so amazing and I have loved every session. My coaching experiences throughout the trust has helped me grow as a person and helped me learn so many valuable lessons. The trust has helped me to improve my skills for helping others to find ways of dealing with situations they find scary or uncomfortable.
